How do I schedule a cleaning??
Simply click on the Book Now link on the top of this website and complete the form. It shouldn't take more than 60 seconds and we'll contact you to confirm your appointment that same day!
Do you clean on the weekends?
Yes, we do! We schedule appointments from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily!
Do your maids bring their own supplies?
We bring all required supplies for the job - including a mop, broom, vacuum and paper towels. If you'd like us to use anything else (for wood floors, for example) please let us know and leave it out for us.
Do you do Green Cleaning?
We only use all eco-friendly products when we clean your home. We promise not to bring anything into your home that is unsafe for your family or pets.

We serve all over the Lower Mainland. Areas include: Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Mission, Richmond, Delta, New Westminster, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Aldergrove, Cloverdale.

Are you pet friendly maid service?
Indeed! We, at Maid in Lavender, LOVE Pets and all of our maids have been trained to correctly deal with your furry family member.
Please, explain your move in / move out cleaning?
Our move in / move out cleaning is designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. It includes cleaning inside the empty fridge, oven, drawers and cabinets, light fixtures and all baseboards. Please, feel free to select this option on our booking form for an extra $50.
Can you clean while I'm not home?
Sure! Please, call us and we'll arrange that with you, or leave the instructions in the booking form or tell us in the Contact Us page.
How long does cleaning take?
Here are approximate times for our teams of two:
1 bedroom home - appx. 2 hours
2 bedroom home - appx. 2 to 2/12 hours
3 bedroom home - appx 3 hours
These times can vary greatly due to actual size and condition of the home. We reserve the right to adjust the rate for fairness.
Pricing and Payment
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We no longer take cash or personal checks.
Are basements, offices and dens included in the flat rate pricing?
No. Basements vary too greatly in cleaning times. We recommend ordering the hourly rate if you want your basement included, as well. Any extra room, including an office or den, is included in the flat rate price as long as you consider them a bedroom. For example, if you have one bedroom plus an office you would choose the 2 bedroom apartment option.
What if I have a very LARGE home or a very MESSY home?
Our estimated times are not set in stone. For the same price, your cleaning may take more or less time than estimated. We offer our hourly rate of $35/hr per maid for extra messy and extra large homes.
After you set up recurring service, we’ll be there like clockwork on the date and time you choose. We will send a reminder email the day before so you will be expecting us.
